About Me

I am one of the founders of Weza Tele Limited, a leading provider of innovative and mobile solutions in the supply chain, distribution and financial solutions in the emerging markets. I love to learn new things, so opportunities that challenge me intellectually motivate me tremendously.

I have more than 5 years experience in technology, market research, entrepreneurship, supply chain and distribution of FMCGs in emerging markets. In addition, I have diverse experience in running and developing startups and building dream teams.

I graduated with a Bachelor Degree in Business Information Technology from Strathmore University and a Masters in Entrepreneurship from Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKUAT). I am humbled to have won various awards and fellowship programs globally e.g. Indiafrica and Oxford. I have been featured in various media outlets as a successful young lady in the tech industry in Kenya and worked for global FMCGs, Information Technology and ERP companies. With my passion in research and coming from an academic background, I am enthusiastic about publishing. I have published and written various research papers and journals on the subjects of ICT, development, tech startup ecosystem, innovation spaces and entrepreneurship in Africa and now am self publishing my 1st book 🙂

I share my entrepreneurial knowledge, experiences and provide peer mentoring to young people to inspire and create impact to generations to come. My other interests lie in financial services, user experience research, farming, impact of innovation spaces and investing in startups with potential of positive ROI.
